​We are thrilled to announce that our wonderful Indian chef is joining us for the 2025 snow season! Hailing from Sydney, where he owns a successful restaurant specializing in gourmet pizzas and Modern Australian cuisine, Chef is excited to bring his culinary expertise to Carinya Village. This season, he will also be sharing his passion for Indian flavors, adding a unique twist to our menu. Guests can look forward to delightful Jindabyne pizzas and takeaways, as well as authentic Jindabyne Indian dishes that will warm your soul. I had the pleasure of dining at Carinya Village Restaurant last night, and I was blown away by the Chefs culinary creations! The gourmet pizza was simply divine, with fresh ingredients and a perfect crust. I also tried the Indian dishes, and they were bursting with flavor.
